[quote="Jhenette24"]I'm looking into getting some graphic markers for my blackbook....how are those Flame markers? I can't seem to find too many reviews on them. Are they better than say...molotow sketchers? So far I've been using molotow one4alls, pretty happy with them, especially that pastel grey...oh so sexy

You also might want to check out this video. Might answer a few questions.

Idk about you guys but sometimes I will spend days researching something via googling and reading before I even think to search on youtube. It would be cool if the videos were displayed on the website like when you open the one4all category or something so it can answer questions right away

Hey thanks so much for the info man! I've been going back and forth as to which to get. In your opinion, molotow sketchers or prismacolor? I know there's a considerable price difference. Probs better to go with the cheaper on since I'm still pretty new

In my experience the Chinese markers are going to all be pretty much the same in quality.

The best so far in the new marker industry are the German Stylefile sets;

What I like is the nib is a bit shorter, like a Flat brush, and they tend to be on the juicier side rather than dry which is perfect for blending.

True. But not many people exactly have 500 bucks to whip out for a set of markers

You can get by with cheap markers. Just be sure to invest in at least 3-4 Molotow 127s. They will cleanup your outlines nicely.

Alright! Thanks guys! I do have a few 127s and the 200 whatevers. I really like them but I'm going through paint for them kinda quickly. I did get a masterpiece speed flow marker for when it stops being winter out >.< snow and freezing weather for 6 months out of the year sucks. From what I've tried on my black book, I absolutely love it and the copper sheen to it when it dries

You can refill them pretty easy. We have refills available under the "inks" tab. The Masterpiece is dope, but very thirsty. I wold suggest getting a bottle of speed flow too. Worth the money. Especially when it gets buffed and there is a huge yellow/green stain showing through. And that sheen tho'

Way ahead of you :) I've got a few refills (probably gotta get the big bottle of the cool grey...love the sh*t out of that color), and thanks for letting me know about the masterpiece thirst! I did get a bottle of the speedflow cuz I knew I would fall in love with the sheen. I'll post some pics of some stickers I did, that sheen makes the whole sticker badass.
