OTR paint is streaky. Ink is smooth sailing captain.

sometimes with OTR paint markers you dont get a solid line, its all streaky and sh*t. gets really bad when it starts to get empty

if you can put some sort of marble in your mop to help mix the paint.
and also add some dot 3 brake fluid to the ink to make it stain hard.

I'd go with 1/3 thinner to 2/3 paint then you can add more if you need to. Then experiment with brake fluid so you can find out it doesn't do sh*t in paint for yourself.
