Well let's answer that by first understanding the term "PO box". You see the PO stands for post office, and the box in this case is a hollow container that is lockable and large enough to store packages. So basically the post office has a bunch of lockable boxes that can hold packages, and you can rent these boxes from them, then have packages delivered to said box.

Of course nowadays the post office isn't the only place that ships packages, and they also aren't the only place that rents PO boxes

I've actually NEVER used garvey or marsh, Could I just buy a bottle of india ink wholesale and mix it with garvey?

Like everyone said they wont mix, but fo' sho cop some garvey. Just throw it in with some pen ink or pilot if you want a cheap alternative to marsh.....still orgasmic

Its a type of Pen ink. But not what people mean when they say Pen Ink. The stuff in ball point pens is actually thick more like a gel. Its solvent based.

India Ink is what you would find in a fountain pen or for dipping a calligraphy pen.
